Since being drafted to the Titans in 2019, Jeffery Simmons has made it his mission to give back to the Nashville community. In 2022, Give Em A Reason was founded as an avenue to give youth those opportunities to build their confidence to help them succeed in life. Give Em A Reason is all about being able to build oneself up so that a coach, a recruiter, or a potential employer sees in a member of our youth what they already see in themselves. Then, once given that one small opportunity, they can take it and use it to better their lives and the lives of those around them.
